採菇季節到了尾聲,雖然我沒有親自去採,但還是得到了很多新鮮還有乾燥的野菇,做成料理真的很濃很夠味!
The mushroom season is ending. Although I didn’t go mushroom picking myself, I still got a lot of fresh and dried wild mushrooms. They really add a lot of flavours to dishes!
我喜歡用鳳梨汁取代醋來添加酸味。鳳梨汁的酸更加溫和且更容易融入其他味道,讓這道料理嚐起來更溫順和諧,也不用再另外加糖。
I like to use pineapple juice for the sourness instead of vinegar, it blends in a lot better that makes the dish taste smooth and harmonious! Also, no need for additional sugar!
