我常常唸起 Brokadi 的炒飯,因為這種鹽味的蛋炒飯有一種魔力,滿滿的鑊氣、鬆鬆的米粒和焦香的炒蛋總是讓我一口接一口,連最討厭的胡蘿蔔都可以吃下去忽略不計。不過上館子吃飯時我並不會滿足於只點一盤蛋炒飯沒有任何配菜,一定至少要再搭配一道以肉為主的主菜和一道青菜,這麼澎湃是在不太適合作為平常兩人一頓簡單的晚餐。
Periodically I think about the fried rice from Brokadi. This kind of salt-flavoured fried rice works magic to me. The fire taste, the loose rice, and golden eggs make it so addicting that I just can't stop having one bite after another, that even carrots dices that I hate is ignorable. But I don't really have a lot of chances to have it. Since when I go to the restaurant, I won’t order only one fried rice, I’ll order a main dish with some kind of protein, and a dish of vegetables. The scale would get too big for an ordinary simple dinner for two on a weekday.
