It's still rather windy in Helsinki in April. I pushed the door and entered this small, warm café. Surprisingly, I was greeted by quite a queue. I quickly secured a seat by the wall and joined the queue. Luckily, as I walked back to the seat after finished ordering, the peak has passed, the café went back to being quiet, otherwise it would be a bit awkward to sit next to the wall facing the queue.
從以前看新西遊記就一直很想嘗試越南咖啡,在店員的建議下,第一次先喝加了煉乳和牛奶的版本。還好我一直隨身帶著乳糖不耐症的藥,可以放心喝牛奶,嘗試最道地的版本。遵從店員的提醒充分攪拌,咖啡入口並沒有如我想像般過分搶戲的煉乳甜味,咖啡的苦、牛奶的滑順和煉乳的奶香交織成和諧的平衡。
焙茶蛋糕捲的茶香濃厚,滑順的內餡和柔軟的海綿蛋糕,茶凍更是點睛之筆,不知不覺就一口一口迅速消滅。
搭配著咖啡看了一會兒書,離開前和店員說,咖啡我很喜歡!
I'd wanted to try Vietnamese coffee for a very long time, and finally I got the chance here. As my first time trying Vietnamese coffee, the staff suggested me to have the version with both milk and condensed milk. Following instructions, I stirred the coffee thoroughly to mix everything in the glass well. There wasn't any strong bitterness as I expected, instead, it was a harmony of richness and smoothness.
Hojicha cake roll was so soft, so rich of the tea flavour, and the cream filling was perfect with a small piece of tea jelly in it.
I spent a little while in the café, enjoying the coffee and cake while read a bit. As I left, I told the staff that I liked the coffee really much!
